Abstract art encompasses a wide range of approaches and techniques.  In this class we will study the work of Great Masters and create paintings in their styles.  Artists and art movements we will look at include Salvador Dali: Surrealism; Color field painters such as Mark Rothko; and Expressionistic painters, Wassily Kandinsky and Marc Chagall.
